World Wide Web," Home Page Reader harnesses text to speech software in conjunction with a
speech synthesizer and traditional browser software to make access to the Web easier for users
who are blind or visually impaired. Navigation is done with the numeric keypad, and
differentiation between text and links are made by using different voices to read each: a male
